As the name suggests, this super light nimble scissor has all the qualities of a true Japanese blade. We've trimmed off everything we can, but left all the key ingredients; super smooth convex edge (crisp line cutting and slicing).

Made from Japanese Molybdenum Steel - for a super smooth cutting action.

Hand finished convex blade.
