If for ANY reason you are not happy with the scissors you purchase from the Scissorhands website, return them to us within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a FULL refund inc. the postage you paid for them to be delivered - PLUS an extra £5 to cover the return postage.

Simply return them to us in the original condition they were received and we will issue the refund immediately. 

We don't think you will, but we want you to feel completely comfortable and relaxed in your decision to buy from us online.

Unfortunately we can't offer the same guarantee on an Easy Payment Option purchase,
due to the way the finance is arranged. However we can exchange your purchase for scissors and / or accessories of an equal or greater value (accepting a top up payment, if required).
